ManagedLets evolved from our first site - AvoriazLets which was conceived
to provide facilities for property owners - exclusively in Avoriaz a skiing
resort in the French Alps, to help them manage the letting of their property.
As owners ourselves, we were inspired by the thought of having a property
in the Alps but were daunted by the thought of letting it out to help cover
the costs. There were so many unknowns that we did not know how to resolve.
Apart from the actual purchase itself, there was the renovation works,
the local administration and taxes as well as the practical aspects of
renting of a property miles from home and well out of sight.
Initially, we investigated other letting agencies that were either:
not interested in operating in Avoriaz,
charged too much for local services, or were too parochial.
We were also tempted by other web sites that had better visibility in the
web world, but who only offer advertising and no management services.
The answer was clear therefore - we had to do it ourselves.
As a result, we launched AvoriazLets and from there developed the
ManagedLets model to offer owners a complete service. We now operate this
service through ManagedLets international Ltd. - a UK Registered company,
of which all of the resort locations are provided for under licence.

vast wealth of experience of the IT Industry having been involved with
this dynamically evolving sector for over twenty years.
Graeme Armstrong – Financial
Graeme provides the financial control calling upon his background as a
qualified Financial Director having managed significant multi-million pound
organisations.
Marcus Tinsley – Marketing
Marcus has worked in the holiday industry for over thirty years. He has
particular knowledge of the winter industry and knows everyone there is to
know in the Alps!
Vili Dimitrov – Technical
Vili is a seasoned systems developer having created web based systems
for some significant international businesses. He is the architect behind
the system and co-ordinates the support service
